- Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension until payment is made.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.
5. Service Availability
- Ava operates 24/7. However, Rebel Edge does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Rebel Edge collects and processes business information and call data to deliver our services.
- All data is handled in compliance with applicable GDPR and privacy laws.
- Call recordings and details will only be accessible to authorized personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability
Rebel Edge is not liable for:
- Losses caused by missed or delayed communications.

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
In any case, Rebel Edge’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 1 month.
8. Cancellation and Termination
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by providing written notice.
- Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- Ava can be cancelled at any point. Refunds for the service will not be given.
- Rebel Edge may terminate services immediately if terms are breached.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and systems developed by Rebel Edge remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these services during your active subscription.
10. Changes to Terms
